We have an immediate opening for Furniture Delivery/Warehouse Associates in our busy Henrico County facility.
Responsibilities and Duties - Warehouse
Unloading, opening, and inspecting items as they arrive.
Handling furniture safely and organizing incoming and outgoing freight.
Maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces used daily.
Responsibilities and Duties - Delivery
Loading truck with items required for installs properly.
Assisting Delivery Team Lead as a partner and/or team to ensure items are handled unpacked with care.
Driving a 17ft box truck in neighborhoods, on highways, and on backroads when necessary.
Having a working knowledge of tools and how to properly use them in the assembly of furniture.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License (required)
1+ year's experience in furniture handling (required)
Strong and effective verbal and written communicator
Must be able to lift upwards of 75lbs and team lift
Must be able to stand on their feet for the majority of the day
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm/ 40 hours per week
