What You'll Be Doing:
️ Lock change, winterization, weekly grass cuts, home improvement services
️ Inspections, evictions, trash outs
️ Taking clear before-during-after photos
️ Providing estimates
️ Noticing and reporting any additional work opportunities
️ Following work order instructions and meeting deadlines
Payment is done every Friday for completed works
