Knows when to fix it—and when to call in a pro
Professional and polite (Gets right to work and is polite)
Can drive up to 90 minutes
Job Duties:
Preventative maintenance
Filter/bulb changes
Light plumbing and electrical
Pool maintenance (Training provided)
Hanging fixtures
Painting and touch-up work
Moving boxes or furniture
Building IKEA furniture
Closet and storage organization
…and anything else that needs doing
This is not a temp job — we’re looking for the right person to become part of our extended team. One man show means autonomy. Must be able to manage own time.
