420 Trinkets is a fast-growing small business that designs and produces unique 3D-printed cannabis accessories, now sold in over 30 stores across the U.S.
We’re seeking a detail-focused, adaptable team player who can help us maintain quality and efficiency as we grow. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with our 3D print farm, assemble products, and prepare orders for shipment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our print farm running smoothly, assembling high-quality products, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time.
Hours: Part-time (approx. 10 - 20 hours/week, flexible; potential for more as demand grows)
Responsibilities:
3D Print Farm Technician & Operator:
- Start, monitor, and manage 3D printers according to the production schedule
- Load/unload filament and prepare printers for jobs
- Document print defects and track recurring issues
- Perform routine maintenance on 3D printers
- Troubleshoot and repair 3D printer issues
- Clean the workspace
Assembler:
- Assemble 3D printed parts into finished products that meet quality standards
- Perform post-processing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or heat-gunning parts
- Pack assembled parts into boxes for individual orders and large shipments
- Prepare Amazon and wholesale shipments as needed
- Shipping & Receiving
- Receive and verify incoming shipments from suppliers
- Store materials in proper locations and maintain an organized workspace
- Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Generate shipping labels and schedule pickups with carriers
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Prior experience with 3D printing technology is a plus but not required
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar hands-on role preferred
