Our growing flooring store is seeking a Full Time addition to our Administrative Support Team. We are a family owned and operated company and our employees are an extension of our family.
Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful office environment.
Heavy phone work including answering calls, handling customer appointments, estimates and reschedules.
Calling prospects to follow-up on inquires and set appointments for our Sales Team.
Work with installers to coordinate installations with the customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision while being comfortable as a team member.
Computer savvy with data entry skills; able to toggle between computer screens and applications.
Excellent customer service communication skills both verbal and written.
Assist walk-in customers
Resourceful, good problem-solving skills, organized.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with installers, Sales Team and our vendors, recognizing the special needs of each customer.

Experience:
Customer service experience is preferred, however we will train the right candidate.
