Salon Front Desk responsibilities include the following:
Greet and welcome clients to the salon and offer refreshments
Manage the staff schedules, answer phones, handle appointment bookings, reminders, and follow-ups for clients
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, tidy, and organized
Take care of customer service complaints, questions, or feedback
Process payments via our Vagaro software, as well as the cash register
