Commercial Construction Manger needed. Part time Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
Manage construction project from beginning to closeout. Work with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to achieve a successful result. Oversee the pre-construction and the construction of a new commercial building. Procure materials, equipment, and labor. Maintain the construction schedule and budget. Supervise site work and day-to-day construction. Coordinate contractors and subcontractors. Ensure that the work meets plan specifications and quality standards.
