Commercial Construction Superintendent - Must have 5 years related work experience. Should be motivated, a self-starter and ability to follow instructions. Ability to read plans is required. Need to be be reliable, hardworking, honest and have a take charge attitude. Must have current valid driver's license. Possibility of managing other employees. Must be able to work with/ manage subcontractors on the project and manage daily activities. Project paperwork is required to be completed and turned in. This is not an office position, you will be in the field at the Project. Salary based upon experience and will be negotiable. Project is located in Haynesville, Va.
