Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize your HVAC experience and troubleshooting skills to perform start-ups and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and their primary components
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing function of commercial HVAC systems and overall customer satisfaction.
- Be able to communicate to our customers as well as supervisors to document job status and provide accurate estimates.
- Active participation in training and schooling opportunities to expand your knowledge in order to enhance performance and overall job function.
- Maintain vehicle, tools and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability and safe operating conditions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and clearly communicate/report findings and diagnosis
- EPA/CFC License
- NATE, Journeymen and Masters Licenses are a plus
- Willingness to exceed job expectations
- Neat, clean, and professional
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Valid VA driver’s license and clean driving record
