Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Full-Time HVAC Technician to oversee planned and unplanned HVAC maintenance throughout the facility.

Some Job Requirements/Skills:
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment to include chillers, air handlers, boilers, large domestic hot water heaters, cooling towers, and water source heat pumps
Thorough knowledge of BAS systems and controlling parameters for interaction of commercial equipment
Oversite of PM programs for commercial equipment related to HVAC systems within large buildings and oversight of vendor management and PM programs
Related plumbing skills connected to repairs and replacements of valves, pumps, strainers backflows, pressure reducers, and system water flow
Advanced electrical skills related to equipment wiring, low voltage, power supply and VFD’s
Working knowledge and understanding of drawings and schematics
Skilled in self-diagnostics and troubleshooting of related equipment
Must be able to repair plumbing fixtures, faucets, and residential HVAC equipment
General knowledge of commercial appliance repair and operations
General facility related duties
