Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of auto service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced automotive diagnostic and repair skills across various makes and models.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Customer Satisfaction: Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, providing clear explanations of repairs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all automotive services meet or exceed industry standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an auto service technician, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
Certifications: Valid Virginia automotive technician and State Inspection certifications preferred.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
