Seeking Maintenance Technician/ Handyman looking to work flexible hours for a private owner. The work is on call with some weeks of up to 40 hours worth of work. Monday- Friday position. Must be able to handle some carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Properties located in Petersburg. Looking for someone with their own tools and vehicle. Should be able to work independently or with small group. Wages flexible depending on experience and qualifications. Looking for reliability and quality work. Independent Contract work.
