We’re seeking a reliable, skilled, and resourceful Private Maintenance Technician to help maintain a family’s 6 residences and 2 office/business properties located in Richmond and Farmville.

Who We’re Looking For:
A jack of all trades who’s comfortable handling:
o Preventative maintenance
o Filter/bulb changes
o Light plumbing and electrical
o Pool maintenance
o Outdoor maintenance/grounds
o Hanging fixtures
o Painting and touch-up work
Moving boxes or furniture
o Building IKEA furniture
o Closet and storage organization
o Light computer troubleshooting (a plus!)
Should have own tools
o …and anything else that needs doing
Someone who:
o Works independently and manages time well
Must be able estimate time a project will take, and work efficiently
o Is resourceful and can research solutions
o Knows when to fix it—and when to call in a pro
o Is patient, and professional (Get's right to work and is polite)
o Can drive up to 90 minutes
