HIRING OPERATOR/FOREMAN
Arch Construction is looking to hire at least one operator/foreman. Looking for guys experienced in reading grade stakes and reading and interpreting site plans and grading and excavating accordingly. Experience in pipe laying and Experience in environmental controls and construction of retention/detention ponds is preferred. This person would ideally work there way into suoerintendent/Project Manager role if experience level permits. We are moving more into site work as we build a crew of the right caliber. CDL would be a huge benefit but a drivers license and reliable transportation is a minimum requirement. I am looking for my number 2 guy in the company to help run the day to day operations. Honesty commitment and loyalty is expected and will be returned from me the owner. I operate as a results driven management style, bonuses, paid time off and benefits will be a option after a probation period. Pay will be determined by a combination of ad requiments met experience and previous pay rate.
