We do mostly older very high end residential work. Most of the work is very close to town, in the Fan, Windsor Farms, near west end, Ginter Park. We do some commercial work and larger work in Henrico/Goochland/Glen Allen as well.
You must have at least 2-3 years of experience, doing high end older work, and reliable transportation. I need people with experience working with older windows, working on ladders to 28 feet, restoring older surfaces, and doing high end interiors for discerning clients. We have great clients, some who are like family. I only hire people who strive for better quality of work, and want to be around a healthier work environment. We value our people, and their personal needs I do not carry people who play games, have attitudes, or issues working as a team. We go out of our way to take care of people, and look out for their needs, but let them go quickly if games are being played.

This is a drama free workplace, with a growing company, established 22 years ago. We do not train people from scratch (unfortunately, we just dont have the time). You must have at least some basic skills working with older surfaces, and solid experience working for other established companies for 2-3 years (5+ years preferred). You must work well with others, and be flexible, open to learn.
