AECOM is seeking a Construction Contract Administration Manager to be based in our Roanoke, VA office.The Construction Contract Administration Manager will supervise the Roanoke Construction Administration Department consisting of Construction Project Managers, Cost Estimators, and other personnel. The manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. 
Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. 
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. 
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. 
May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. 
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Establish department standards and procedures while facilitating training to the local office.
