We are a property management company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Common Area Maintenance Cleaner to join our team!

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (based on availability)
Job Description:
As a Common Area Maintenance Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for keeping shared spaces across our managed properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. In addition to general cleaning duties, this role includes light maintenance tasks to help keep our buildings running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas
-Empty trash bins
-Maintain cleanliness of entryways and outdoor common areas (sweeping, picking up litter)
-Perform small maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, minor painting or patching, and reporting larger maintenance needs
-Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance schedules
-Communicate with property management about supply needs or any urgent repairs
Requirements:
-Prior cleaning and/or maintenance experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and time management
-Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, walking stairs, etc.)
-Basic handyman skills (e.g., using tools, simple repairs)
-Driver's licence and a clean driving record
-Professional and respectful attitude
