Work with specific elements of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SLDC), including requirements gathering, testing (unit, user acceptance, etc.), and training

Understand mission spaces and experience working directly with clients to define requirements

Translate business requirements to technical teams

Work with business end user to better integrate systems/IT into the execution of their mission

Agile/scrum methods, best practices, workflows, and tools(JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Business-led elements of technology concepts such as Agile, cloud, etc.

Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

Monitors and reports on status and progress of work, to see the work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met. Provides expert technical advice and guidance in the planning and execution of PII investigations and protective intelligence operations. Performs in-depth analyses of complex and significant investigative and protective intelligence issues, and reports findings to PII and Bureau leadership. Provides recommendations for specific actions to resolve issues. Develops, implements, and maintains new and innovative strategies for gathering investigative information or protective intelligence in support of investigative and protective intelligence operations. Experience researching, analyzing, and/or evaluating information to assist investigators in ongoing investigations. In addition, applicant\'s experience must also demonstrate that the candidate possesses the following qualities: Ability to assign, review, and supervise the work of others; Objectivity and fairness in judging people on their ability, and situations on the facts and circumstances; Ability to adjust to change, work pressures, or difficult situations without undue stress; Willingness to consider new ideas or divergent points of view; and Capacity to \"see the job through.\" There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
