Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
Working individually or as part of a team.
Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
Resolving software problem reports.
Utilizing software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
Providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of professional experience on projects with similar software processes.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Preferred:
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Experience debugging existing software and correcting defects.
Experience coding with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON or other languages used in ServiceNow.
Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP.
Experience writing or reviewing software and system documentation.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification or ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
Knowledge of IOTM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM and/or Service Portal.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced team environment with enforced deadlines.
