Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Support various public sector clients in their human capital transformation efforts
Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Lead projects and workstreams
Oversee professional development of junior staff

Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
8+ years of workforce transformation and strategy experience
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in management consulting

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 124,950 to 208,250 .
