Part of that effort is ManTech leading the effort to model the Marine Corps Enterprise Network and information environment as part of the larger Marine Corps communications network. This network spans multiple domains including garrison domain of bases, posts, camps, installations, and the tactical domain of deployed Marine forces afloat and ashore as they operate out to the tactical edge with Joint and coalition partners in contested spaces.To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) networks and system capabilities to the warfighter.Develop Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.02 architectures in an agile project environment

Review, critique, and provide feedback regarding the compliance of architectures throughout the development process.

Manage multiple development projects to preserve the architectural vision and protect stakeholder interests.

Extend Architecture tool schemas, as required, to satisfy Marine Corps architecture development and data requirements.

Provide architectural and technical subject matter expertise to including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff.

Facilitate and participate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing architecture data with engineers, technical subject matter experts and information technology standards personnel.

Research and analyze new and existing technologies and tools to provide more efficient architecture development techniques and processes.

Promote and educate stakeholders on the use and value of architecture.

Coordinate and facilitate architecture-related technical and strategy discussions.

Prepare and maintain technical systems or program documentation, integrated master schedules, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training material.

Plan, coordinate, and participate in architectural meetings and events.

Extensive experience with one or more of the following: Erwin Casewise, System Architect, MagicDraw, or Innoslate.

Familiarity with one or more of the following: UML, SysML, UAF, UPDM, BPMN, IDEF

Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA)

Familiarity with agile project principles (Kanban, Scrums, Sprints, Epics, Program Increments) tools (JIRA, Trello, Service Now) and agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe is a plus.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.

Enterprise architecture development experience in support of Department of Defense or United States Armed Forces.

Technical education related to any of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, analytics, simulation, or model-based system engineering.

Experience working in server or cloud based collaborative architecture development environments.

Basic knowledge of networking and cloud devices, topologies, and concepts particularly in a tactical environment is a plus.Knowledge of Marine Corps concepts, practices, procedures, systems, and interfaces is a plus.

5 plus years progressive enterprise architecture and modeling experience required.

DoD Secret security clearance required.
