The Weatherization Technician Intern performs energy-conserving improvements in homes for the Energy Solutions division of CHP. Daily work includes the implementation of construction and retrofit measures to increase the health and safety of client homes. Tasks are performed in accordance with the Weatherization Assistance Program Standard Work Specification, building code requirements, and the requirements of regulatory agencies with oversight of implemented programs. This position requires demonstrated technical skills, as well as the initiative and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and changing environment.
