We’re seeking to hire two (2) maintenance technicians at our Galax properties. The Maintenance positions will perform interior and exterior maintenance and other duties that assure residents a safe, comfortable, and attractive residence. The position may be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the electrical and mechanical systems, appliances, buildings, and grounds.
These are 40-hour-per-week positions.
