Candidate needs moderate to advanced experience in the Windows environment. Candidate will also need to have Cisco networking experience (ASA firewalls and switches). They will need to be able to build servers in Windows 2012 and be familiar with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies. They must have a strong troubleshooting background and be familiar with applications that utilize client-server architecture. SharePoint experience is a plus. MSSQL Server experience is a bigger plus.Responsibilities:
Provide Tier II technical support.
Provide Desktop Support, creating and deploying images
VMware ESX 4,4.1,5 knowledge
Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP knowledge
Strong experience with application and server administration and infrastructure including routers, switches, SANs and servers.
Perform backups, network checks, and system monitoring.
Install system updates and patches on servers and desktops.
Knowledge of VOIP. Provide basic troubleshooting services
Knowledge of Deltek Products: Time and Expense, Costpoint is a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
