Position Description : This position is multi-tiered, Engineering Design and Software Application; You will be responsible for insuring customer expectation is met on all Controls related projects and working as a Team player. Salary commensurate with experience. Essential Functions :

Technician should be proficient with controls project design, installations, programming and service.

Strong working knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems and systems functions.

Knowledge and experience with controls, wiring and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, starters, solid state controls, and VFD's.

Honeywell WEBs-AX / WEBs-N4 programmer/certification.

Capable of providing support and consultation to mechanics and control specialists.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft VISIO, CAD, and Microsoft Office Products.

Education and Experience Outlines :

Previous experience in Controls along with an understanding of mechanical systems and to be able to interpret drawings, equipment, and remote computer interface systems.

Technical and Other Skills Required :

At least 18 years old with valid drivers license

Strong communication skills

Able to climb on ladders and work from heights safely

Able to lift 75 lbs

Efficient and organized; able to complete req'd paperwork in a timely manner

Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test, possess a clean driving record and current drivers license

Always exhibit professional conduct, whether at the job sit or driving vehicles

Regular attendance required, must have reliable transportation.

Subject to random and post-accident substance abuse screening.
