The Winchester AAMCO is looking for an experienced master technician who has or can get a state inspection license.
While transmissions are our specialty, we also service all the other mechanical, electrical, and computerized components of our customers' vehicles. Given this requirement we need someone who has experience in different types of cars and all the various aspects of them.
We have a tight team here and want the right person to join us and help keep our customers happy and on the road.
Our compensation package is one of the best in the industry and includes health, dental, and vision plans. We reward good work with a bonus and profit-sharing program. A 401k program with matching funds will be starting later this year. Any existing 401k funds can be moved into this fund or kept separately.
This independently owned location also offers OWNERSHIP POTENTIAL. We believe that everyone should have a stake in the company they work for and will offer a program for all employees to invest in the company (as a part owner) in order to share in a greater percentage of the profits. Note that this ownership is not in the AAMCO Corporate company but in the franchisee's company that owns and operates the Winchester AAMCO.
