The position closely monitors and analyzes commercial relationships within the finance portfolio and provides exceptional transaction support services along with operational soundness while exhibiting a sense of ownership and accountability for the integrity of a large commercial portfolio.

Manages the finance portfolio transactional processes whilemaintaining high-quality client service

Perform bank wire, transfer, and overdraft approvals with ease in a fast-paced environment

Review borrowing base certificates and assess collateralon a daily basis

Manage the loan, concentration, and market reports and ensure timely and accurate completion

Demonstrate extensive expertise on loan documentation, appraisals, processes, and procedures

Exhibit professional, high-quality customer service skills whileproviding assistancefor clients on all bank products and services

Handle the most complex relationships, possibly with outside counsel

Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers for inquiries and/or research needed to enhance, develop, and maintain customer relationships

Consistently provide proactive solutions and problem resolution for clients and peers

Identify potential referral opportunities and refer all relevant bank and investment needs to a Relationship Manager to assist client reaching financial objectives

Remain informed of all bank products and services available to clients

Provide customer-focused service

May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

High school diploma / GEDrequired

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Extensive experience in the Commercial Finance Portfolio Administrator II role or other relevant work experiencerequired.

Extensive knowledge of bank products and servicesrequired.

High level of accountability and responsibility for achieving both personal and Bank-established goals

Ability to effectively organize, prioritize work, and manage time

Detail-oriented, including being able to research accounts and easily recognize discrepancies

Understanding of cross-sell opportunities across the bank

Ability to present oneself in a professional manner

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and client services skills

Ability to work within a team culture in a constantly changing business environment

Proven self-starter and willing to accept additional responsibilities as the opportunities arise

Deeper understanding of procedures, policies and compliance

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and any banking software used in the department

Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to easily utilize its functionality for reporting and certification of documents

Extensive knowledge and utilization of loan and finance portfolio software as well as bank core systems

Comprehensive understanding of complex relationships in commercial banking

Overall knowledge of bank operations

Extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in all functions required as a Commercial Finance Portfolio Administrator

Ability to mentor and coach other Commercial Finance Portfolio Administrators

Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
