Job Title: Director of FinanceJob DescriptionAs a Director of Finance, your main responsibilities include leading the financial analysis of development projects, preparing offering memorandums, evaluating prospective investment opportunities, and maintaining long-range forecasts. You will also be tasked with preparing and processing documents for financing transactions, supporting the CFO, overseeing tax workflows, and contributing to various modeling projects. You will provide support to the Controller, Operation Leads, and Development team while reporting directly to the CFO. You will also assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and other performance measurement decision support tools. Lastly, you will be expected to assist in the review and improvement of finance and accounting related processes to improve the department's overall efficiency.Hard Skills
