Business Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Staff augmentation/ Talent on demand services/practice across target industries.Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by building a robust pipeline of clients.Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.Cultivate leads and generate new opportunities to expand the customer base and build a pipeline Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive value-driven staffing solutions that align with their business goals.Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for expansion. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and market trends.Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving team and individual sales goals.Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for clients.Regularly update Hubspot with relevant deal information to maintain accurate records Market Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions.Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.Revenue Generation:Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and profitability goals.Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts in line with organizational objectives.
