Job Title: Financial Analyst IIIJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as a Financial Analyst with a focus on financial reporting, operational performance analysis, and headcount reporting for the Delivery Team. This critical role involves managing financial data, generating reports, and collaborating with finance leaders to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.Responsibilities

Manage the Headcount Management Tool and act as a subject matter expert in headcount management.

Generate headcount reports, conduct variance analysis, and assist with operational planning processes.

Provide narratives and commentaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual financials of the Delivery Team.

Collaborate with other finance leaders to review, cross-check, and update information in the commentary tool.

Develop weekly business reviews, monthly and quarterly financial reviews, and forecasting and reporting models.

Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues.

Lead the standardization of network processes to promote consistent and accurate financial reporting.

Take care of Weekly Performance and Operations (WPSO) management and consolidate reports.

Communicate effectively with leadership, send meeting notes, and set up automation around reporting.

Handle ad-hoc reporting, stakeholder management, and some program management tasks.

Essential Skills

5+ years of relevant finance experience

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Proficiency in SQL and Cognos

Strong analytical and modeling skills

Experience with financial reporting and process improvement

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to influence business partners and manage competing priorities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field

Experience with Python, Quicksight/Tableau/Power BI

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management
