DescriptionAmazon is looking for a Program Manager to join the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Utility Services team. This role is instrumental to delivering against sustainability goals tied to fleet electrification. In this role, the Program Manager will lead engagement with electric utilities and energy companies across North America and manage projects to ensure successful site-energization.Key job responsibilitiesBuild relationships with utility stakeholdersWork with internal and external planning, design, and engineering teams to evaluate last mile delivery sites for energizationLead the execution of site energization, delivering bar-raising results against relevant KPIManage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverablesNegotiate agreements and evaluate opportunities to reduce capital and operating expenseCritically assess development plans to identify blockers, analyze trade-off decisions, and escalate effectivelyDevelop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholdersWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USABasic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

2+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience

2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in program or project management

Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
