Marketing Creative Project Manager, Integrated Program Management

We are seeking a driven and experienced Creative Project Manager to support client marketing initiatives with extensive knowledge in creative project management.

The Creative Project Manager acts as liaison between project stakeholders (and their specific project objectives) and the internal creative team in delivering against those objectives.

The Creative Project Manager thrives in the role of project SME-being the deep owner of all requirements with the ability to provide detail and status on any project item. The Creative Project Manager works with the cross-functional project team, to become the master of requirements and remain constantly aware of project status. He or she works closely with design and development teams to ensure that initial project objectives and requirements are met. The Creative Project Manager performs deeply analytical tasks and effectively communicates the outcomes.


Required Skills:

Manage medium to large, scaled projects

Delivers projects/programs that exceed expectations

Acts as an internal liaison that reinforces project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps

Schedules and runs meetings with project teams

Maintains project momentum and keeps project and team on track

Catalogs and maintains all project documentation and deliverables

Supports requirements gathering and refinement

Defines and clearly explains necessary project processes/workflows



Required :


4+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing medium to large scale marketing creative projects
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of handling highly complex and multi-faceted projects
Experience with communication, workflow, and creative asset management systems - such as Workfront, AEM, Share Point, Slack, etc.
Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills including being comfortable developing and presenting materials to stakeholders
A proven track record of partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders, and execution partners
Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity, and proactively recommending creative solutions versus waiting for direction from others.
Highly organized with strong writing, influencing skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
