We are looking for a motivated, data-oriented self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager to lead safety signals on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Accountability team!In this role, you'll lead and execute the roadmap for new signals that improve safety for delivery associates and the communities they serve. You will dive deep into the data, solve for edge cases, and recommend strategies to expand coverage. We seek a leader who can work cross-functionally, influence partner teams, set priorities, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results. The ability to drive cross-functional solutions with partner teams is a key skill-set in this role.You will be successful in this role if you manage multiple competing priorities with urgent deadlines, effectively balance short and long-term decision making, and work backwards from the customer. You must be a proven program/product/business leader, excellent communicator, and apply analytics and judgement to problem solving.A day in the lifeIn this role, the Sr. PM will lead end-to-end solutions to improve safety while delivery associates are on-road delivering smiles. You will spend time gathering feedback from your customers and diving deep into data to gain insight into complex problems. You will use these insights to develop short and long term solutions by working closely with partner teams and understanding Amazon Last Mile technology. You will write documents to gain buy-in and present to senior leadership for approval. Then, you'll develop business requirements, success metrics, and manage end-to-end delivery.Basic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Bachelor's degree

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
