We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our tight-knit team in Ferndale, WA. In our naturalist preschool setting, you’ll provide individualized ABA services to preschool-aged children, guiding them toward their fullest potential. This role involves conducting assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, delivering parent training, and supporting HR functions to strengthen our team.

At Endless Potential, LLC, we are committed to unlocking the potential of every child through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a fun, nurturing, and inclusive preschool environment. Since 2013, we’ve been a trusted leader in early childhood intervention, delivering individualized programming that fosters social communication, functional skills, and joyful learning for preschoolers with autism and related developmental disabilities. Our collaborative approach brings together dedicated professionals and families to create meaningful progress and lasting impact. Join us in our mission to empower young learners to thrive in their communities!

Key Responsibilities:

-Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to understand each child’s unique strengths, needs, and behavioral goals, ensuring personalized programming in our nurturing group setting.

-Treatment Planning: Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals that promote social communication, skill acquisition, and independence, rooted in evidence-based ABA principles.

-Supervision: Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, fostering their growth and ensuring fidelity in implementing ABA interventions.

-Parent Training: Partner with families to provide hands-on training and support, empowering parents to reinforce ABA strategies and celebrate their child’s progress at home.

-HR Duties: Support team growth through recruitment, onboarding, and training, while maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and BACB standards.

-Direct Services: Deliver direct ABA therapy as needed, using naturalistic teaching strategies to create engaging, play-based learning opportunities for preschoolers.

-Data-Driven Progress: Collect and analyze data to track each child’s growth, adjusting interventions to maximize outcomes and ensure meaningful progress.

-Collaboration: Work closely with our team of Behavior Technicians, Speech Language Pathologists, and preschool staff to create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

- At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services, ideally with preschool-aged children in naturalistic or early intervention settings.

- Expertise in conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Strong leadership skills in supervising and training RBTs or behavior technicians.

- Passion for parent training and implementing naturalistic teaching strategies (e.g., Pivotal Response Treatment).

- Experience with HR tasks, such as recruitment or onboarding, is a plus.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

- Commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment for children and families.

- Valid Washington state licensure (or eligibility) as a behavior analyst, per state regulations.

- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.

Work Schedule:

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM (27.5 hours per week).

- Work in a joyful, child-centered naturalist preschool setting designed to spark growth and connection.

Benefits:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

-Paid Time Off accumulated at 1 hour per 40 hours worked.

- Collaborative, supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development.

- The chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of preschoolers and their families.
