Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our group ABA therapy program for preschoolers with autism. As a CBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and foster positive behaviors in a collaborative group setting. No prior CBT certification? No problem! Endless Potential will train and cover the cost of your Washington State Certified Behavior Technician license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1:1 and group ABA interventions to preschoolers with autism.

- Implement behavior plans and collect data to track progress.

- Foster a positive, engaging environment to support social, communication, and life skills.

- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure consistent care.

- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and company standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).

- Passion for working with young children with autism.

- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to pass both state and federal background checks.

- Experience in ABA or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.

- Willingness to complete CBT training and obtain WA state licensure (fully funded by Endless Potential).
