Egg cookery is valued, pastry background & hot line experience a plus, all kitchen history welcome.
Small, open kitchen with a 2-cook line (saute & garde manger)
Full-time availability (4-5 days/week 32-40 hours) available after fully-trained, can be flexible with hours but at least 3 days(18+ hours)/week. Mostly daytime, NO LATE NIGHTS.
2+ years kitchen experience preferred, willing to train the right person.
