We are looking for 2024 Lairmont Manor EVENING EVENT SUPERVISORS!
This is a seasonal role from APRIL through OCTOBER.
Seeking friendly, professional, energetic people to be day-of onsite Lairmont Manor supervisors to support and guide our guests, while also making sure our estate is protected and presented in the best possible condition.

Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old
Must comply with background check
Some prior experience with large events, or management of groups of people
Maturity, strength and calm under pressure
The ability to listen, follow directions, and communicate efficiently. Must have grace under pressure.
No drugs, smoking, alcohol or drama
Professional, polished demeanor, easy smile, good with people, helpful, hospitable.
Must be reliable, hard working and have a can-do spirit!
Respect historic value of home, respect privacy of guests and team.
Must be able to walk fast, stand easily and lift 30 lbs.
Tasks vary depending on style of event, duration and day versus evening needs.
EXAMPLE of 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm SHIFT / EVENING
Arrive 10 minutes before shift, go over details from Venue Manager and Day Shift Event Supervisor.
Monitor bars and guests for risk behavior.
Understand and keep Lairmont in compliance with all Conditional Use Permit rules regarding parking, sound and hours.
Introduce yourself to music vendors and monitor noise levels throughout the event.
Take any phone calls from management.
Continue to check in with the event coordinator.
Confirm the event coordinator/guests have completed all clean up properly.
Confirm that the catering team has taken away their garbage.
In the rare situation when the event party has not been cleaned properly, then it is the event supervisor's job to clean up before leaving for the evening.
At 10:00 pm, confirm all guests and cars have left, handle any remaining clean up in preparation for next day's event, text or email event notes to Venue Manager, turn off lights, lock doors.
