Brio Laundry weekend attendant position
Shifts:
Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-4:30pm (10 hours per weekend)
Brio Laundry Attendant Structure & Attendant Levels:
Entry Level (Trainee),
Pay: Minimum Wage ($18.66), Time: 2 Weeks, Requirements: 95% on time for shifts, learn core duties, received positive feedback from team leads & peers, Standards: Complete: Onboarding, Laundry university, production training, janitorial training, customer service training, Duties: Complete Training program & start solo shifts after 5 days.
Attendant
Pay: $19.00, Time: 0-3 months, Requirements: 100% on time for shifts, proficient in core duties, received positive feedback from team leads & peers, Standards: proficient in production, janitorial and customer service, basic equipment understanding, Duties: Shifts, equipment basics, shift cover when available.
Senior Attendant
Pay: $20.00, Time: 6-12 months, Requirements: 100% on time for shifts, proficient in core duties, received positive feedback from team leads & peers, equipment mastery, strong problem solving., Standards: Ability to solve customer service problems, machine problems, other problems on own. Equipment mastery. On time and responsive to team messages, Duties: Shifts, equipment diagnostics, shift covering, participate in training.
Commissions & Gratuity: (on top of wage)
$3 per hour average commissions on soap gift card sales
$1 per hour average shared gratuity.
Requirements & ability to learn how to do:
Cash handling, answering phones, operating point of sale computer, lifting laundry bags, standing & working 5 hour shifts.
