Whatcom County Facilities Management is currently recruiting for the position of Custodian.
Swing shift positions work Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Full Salary Range: $19.46 - $29.23 Hourly. Hiring rate usually from $19.46 - $21.00 / hour, depending on experience.

This position performs a variety of janitorial tasks related to the day-to-day cleaning and basic maintenance of County facilities under limited supervision. Works with various tools, equipment, and machinery and participates as a member of a team.
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or GED + 2 years of recent experience as a custodian.
Must have a driving record that meets County standards and possess a valid driver's license at time of hire and throughout employment.
Background check must meet County criteria for security sensitive positions.
Must pass pre-employment physical capacities test.
