The Autohaus of Bellingham is looking for a friendly and dedicated Service Manager/Advisor to join our team, where we treat our customers like family. Here, we believe in making everyone's day a little brighter, and we're hoping to find someone who loves helping people as much as we do. Your role will involve a mix of things: greeting customers with a smile, keeping things organized, and staying cool when things get busy. You should be someone who's honest, has a big heart, and knows how to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
- You'll be the one our customers turn to, whether it's to update them on their car's status, explain what work needs doing now (or can wait a bit), or just to answer their questions. It's all about trust and making sure they leave happier than when they arrived.
-Take Charge: Some days, you'll be opening up, other days closing down. You'll keep an eye on repairs, handle payments, sort out loaner cars, and make sure everyone's where they need to be. It's about making sure everything runs smoothly. We are open Monday thru Fridays and closed on the weekends.
