Greetings,
We are lookin to hire one garden technician for our cannabis company located in Bellingham, WA, just north of Walmart on the Guide Meridian.
We are operating in a newly constructed designed building which is quite exciting, and we are a tier 2 size, meaning our garden is 10k SQFT of indoor space.
This position will be responsible for tending to the plants throughout their life cycle, working with a small team of 7 to accomplish all the tasks given. It's very important for us that our employees have a safe, and respectful environment to work in, free of bad attitudes, bullying, and petty drama. We work hard to make this possible.
We are looking for an employee who doesn't mind hard work and works at a fast pace naturally, and is comfortable working with their hands. This employee also is required to have good attendance, show up on time, (7:30 AM- 4:00 PM M-F).
We will be conducting interviews in person this week at the Woods Coffee right next door to Bevmo and Big 5, off the Guide Meridian. Upon passing the interview, we will be conducting a working interview, where you come in, get paid for a day, so both parties can assess if it would be a good fit.
Pay starts at 18-20 DOE.
Experience not needed, but welcomed.
