The Bellingham Public Auto Auction is looking for a part time Auction Lot Assistant to join our team. Approximately 6-9 days per month including an occasional Saturday. If you like cars this could be a fun job for you! The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, reliable and have a positive attitude.
Primary responsibilities include starting vehicles for customer inspections, performing vehicle battery checks, dispersing auction items to winning bidders and occasionally picking up auction items from consignors locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Drive manual transmission
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Able to be on your feet for most of the day
