If you are skilled in any of the following areas please consider applying for this property maintenance part-time position: Mowing, landscaping, light home repairs, electrical work, painting, cleaning, organizing, etc. Must be physically able to lift at least 30 pounds, climb a ladder, use basic tools, operate equipment, do cleaning and work outdoors. (All equipment, tools and supplies will be provided to you as well as operating and safety instructions.)
Pay is up to $25 per hour, maybe more if you have your own tools and equipment and REAL HANDYMAN experience. Experience and solid references will take preference and offer opportunities for further increases.
Our ideal candidate would be someone willing and able to do most or all of the chores listed above. However, we are willing to train you if you are a dedicated and reliable person. Main work site is a 5-acre residence near the intersection of Smith and Noon Roads (6 miles from the I-5/Sunset exit) however we have similar work available at other locations in Whatcom county and Arizona.

This job is a part-time job with flexible hours. During summer and fall months, you can expect to work at least 12 to 16 hours per week, even more if you can do both landscape as well as handyman work. Start date is immediate or ASAP.
