Experience is not required but the ability to sit (or stand) for long periods, pay attention to detail, to understand and follow established work procedures, and to work on your own is important. Reliability is VERY important.
You must be able to remember procedures, be punctual and healthy and most importantly – Reliable. And it is important that you are detail oriented as many parts look similar at first glance.
Reliable transportation is a must.
