Shift: 9:00 PM-5:00 AM Night Shift, must be available seven days a week, with rotating days off!

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Conduct Quality Control of Product
- HACCP & SSOP Monitoring
-Document and Report Deviations to Supervisors
-Conduct Pre-Start Sanitation Inspections of Processing Equipment
-Conduct Laboratory Testing or Various Physical, Chemical, and Microbiological Characteristics
-Maintain a Clean Laboratory
