We are hiring for an Administrative Office Coordinator!
This position will be responsible for the following:
Greet and liaise with all visitors and incoming calls
Follow through with the administration of mail and couriers:
Assure adequate inventory levels for office supplies and ensure office equipment works properly
Support the administration of events, meetings, or celebrations
Corresponding with and assisting with temporary agency billing reconciliations
Acting as a liaison for uniform, janitorial, copier, vending, IT, telephone, and lawn services, including correspondence and assisting with meeting preparation
Distribution and management of carpool cards
Managing and upkeep of team member lockers and padlocks
Credit card reconciliation for Plant Manager and P&C Manager
Petty Cash and Employee Store reconciliation
Maintenance of Employee Store inventory, including ordering and stocking
