Whatcom County Non-Profit International Adoption Agency looking for mature, passionate, detail-oriented, outgoing, computer and social media savvy candidate, to join our team helping unite children with families to the USA.
Position will consist of primarily of case management with families adopting internationally, office duties - answering phones, scanning and uploading documents to our database, posting waiting children for adoption on our social media and more.

CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred. Must live Whatcom County area of Washington!
Responsibilities
General office administrative duties
Social Media postings
Understand time management of document processes
Involvement with case management and good communication with Social Worker
Assist with maintaining database and digital family files for each case
Requirements
Proven work experience as a case worker
Social perceptiveness and empathy
Organization and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
Ability to relate and communicate with diverse populations and groups
Problem solver and excellent communication
Willingness to learn international adoption paperwork requirements
Bachelor's degree in human service field required
Salary: $16 per hour to start (and up DOE)
