Also, we occasionally have new construction projects. Looking for someone with experience in painting, carpentry, and construction material handling. Also, a working understanding of plumbing and electrical a plus. Potential for advancement is available. We own and manage multiple apartment complexes and properties, so work can vary at different locations.
