Experienced Full-Time Handyman Needed – Blaine, WA ($30/Hour)
I recently moved into a large and well-appointed home in the Blaine area, and I am seeking a professional, experienced, and trustworthy handyman to join me full-time. This role requires someone who can handle a variety of skilled tasks, from basic repairs to more specialized projects.
About the Property:
This is a spacious waterfront home with multiple living spaces and unique features, including a jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, and a private beach. The home requires ongoing maintenance and improvements to keep it in top condition, and I need someone capable of handling both routine upkeep and larger projects.
Responsibilities Include:
Furniture setup & moving: Assisting with unpacking, organizing, and arranging furniture.
Electrical work: Installing lighting fixtures, fans, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
Plumbing tasks: Addressing minor plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Carpentry & shelving: Building and installing custom shelves and cabinetry.
Tiling & flooring: Handling tiling work and minor flooring updates.
General handyman tasks: Repairs, maintenance, painting, and more.
Outdoor work: Maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, including landscaping and minor structural repairs.
What I’m Looking For:
Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on handyman experience. Please provide examples of previous work or references.
Reputable and Reliable: This is a full-time role, and I need someone I can depend on. Background checks will be conducted.
Versatile Skill Set: You should be proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and other general repairs.
Professionalism: No drama, no excuses, and no shortcuts. Must be detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work.
Physically Capable: Must be in good shape, as this job involves heavy lifting and physical tasks.
Self-Starter: You should take initiative and handle tasks without needing constant supervision.
Compensation & Perks:
Pay: $30/hour
Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week, with long-term potential.
Tools and supplies will be provided for larger projects, though having your own tools is a plus.
