Favinger Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in residential project management to estimate, oversee and ensure successful plumbing and excavation projects from contact to completion. Projects range from kitchen and bath remodels to whole home renovations, new construction projects and excavation projects such as sewer and water main replacements.
Duties
· Create a safe, professional work environment for team members, clients and the public.
· Interact with customers and contractors in a polite, professional manner.
· Estimate and oversee projects from takeoff to completion ensuring customer and contractor satisfaction while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
· Ability to read and estimate from prints.
· Assisting and mentoring the crew as needed
· Carry out and deliver written and verbal instructions.
· Other duties as assigned.
Experience needed:
· 5 years of residential plumbing project estimation and management experience
· Preferred valid 02 Residential Plumbers License
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Strong record of jobsite safety, happy clients and great communication
· Ability to pass a drug test; CAZ Construction is a drug free workplace
· Safety certifications are a plus (competent person, OSHA 40, first aid, etc)
Pay
$95-125k per year DOE. 5 weeks PTO. Employer-paid health insurance. Employer-matched retirement program.
